Prompt payments will allow us to deliver our high-quality treatments in an efficient and thorough way. Therefore, we ask all our patients to pay in full at the time the services are provided unless prior payment arrangements have been made.

- Lending Club
- CareCredit (for treatments of $1,000 or more)
- Allows you to pay over time with NO INTEREST*
- Convenient, low monthly payments are also available
- No annual fees or pre-payment penalties

We accept most PPO insurance policies and will coordinate with your insurance provider as a courtesy to our patents. We have listed some of the insurances we accept, but please check with your insurance company and/or employer to ensure you are covered.
